According to Facebook, Facebook News is being rolled out to the US in 2019 and 2020, when it will be launched in India still there is no confirmation.
How You Can Register Your News Pages
- Register your page via Facebook Business Manager
- Login into Business Manager page
- Under Business Manager page, go to the Business Setting
- Then on the left side go to Registration > News Pages.
