  5. Uncheck the option “Use hardware acceleration when available“ which would be displayed under the Performance option on the screen.
  6. Now shut down the Firefox browser and reboot the system.

Method 5: Disable the Antivirus and Firewall for Short Period

  1. Choose Disable from the options available under the Antivirus Program.
  2. Deactivate auto-protect which would also deactivate the specific Antivirus program.
  3. Choose a short time frame under which the Antivirus will remain disabled and then restart the system.
  4. Check if the issue has been resolved or not.
  5. Tap on the option ‘ Control Panel ‘ from the search results.
