Telangana Government and Horticulture Department Collaboration Order Fruits And Vegetables {tfresh}

The Government of Telangana has done the collaboration with Telangana Horticulture department, to supply fresh fruits and vegetables to the consumer at their doorstep with proper hygiene, to start this initiative in the first step Horticulture department has to decide to supply fresh and quality Mango.

In this initiative, the Government is taking full care of farmers also in which they are connecting farmers and consumers online, so as a farmer you can directly register on the government portal and start selling fruits and vegetables.

Currently, the fruits which you can order are Mango, Apple, Banana, Watermelon, Pomegranate, Papaya, Lime, Pineapple, etc,  the Government is also planning to add a custom pack which will contain a combination of fruits.

The Horticulture department is prepared to supply 10,000 kgs of mangoes to over 1000 customers per day, they are trying to meet the bulk order request placed by Gated communities, even Horticulture department is taking added precautionary measures while packing and supply due to coronavirus pandemic

How Farmers Can Register

• Go to the farmers registration form
• Fill your details like Farmer name, Mobile number
• Now Enter Address, District
• Enter Your Commodity details (Example: Apple, Mango, Banana, etc)
• Now pick the probable date of harvest
• Enter expected harvest quantity (Example: 100 quintal or 500 kg, etc)
• Enter the expected price per unit (Example: Rs 50/Kg, or 5000 Per quintal)
• Now click on submit and you can start selling

How Consumers Can Order Online

• Go to “tfresh.org”
• First time user has to do signup and if you have already signup directly login
• Click on the product you want to buy, it will get added in your cart
• Click on continue it will ask you the delivery address
• Do the payment
• Your order has been placed and it will be delivered through Indian Postal Services

Note: ‘Order before 5 PM to get delivery within 4-5 days”
