Checking Main Balance

While using the Jio network you can check your main balance by two major methods. Either dial *333# and a dialogue appears on your screen after you hit the call button displaying the main balance in your account. You can also get to know your balance by sending a text message to 55333. The message should say MBAL, and you will receive a message back with your network account details.

Prepaid Balance And Validity Check

A text message that says BAL can be sent to 199 if you want to know the details of your validity pack and the prepaid balance available.

Bill Amount Details

A postpaid customer can know his bill details or the amount due for a particular time period. You can easily know your bill amount by sending a message that says BILL to 199, and receive a message back with the amount outstanding along with other applicable bill details.

Forgot which tariff you have subscribed to? No worries, you can know the plan easily by just sending a text message s instructed. Type MY PLAN

Dial *1# from your Jio number and it will display the number that you own under Jio.

Data Usage details

The plans that Jio has, includes data, unlimited calls and text messages. The data that you use is being charged and the calls and messages are provided by the network free of cost. Keep in mind to check quite often that your data usage doesn’t exceed the limit of what is allotted to you as per the subscribed plan. No option available through which you will be able to check your data usage, but you can use your mobile phone to do so. Check the data usage from the settings and then click on the data usage option. You can also opt for checking the usage by turning off your mobile data and a dialogue box appears stating the data usage.
