Company posted this information on their website also “Service will remain active up until the shutdown11:59 PM May 28, 2020, all the features of automatic services, crash alert, and real-time location sharing will be stoped “

According to FAQ post company also mentioned that Automatic account credentials will continue to work with other third-party services until June 28, 2020, all the users will able to access their data.

People who bought Automatic Pro or Lite prior to April 30, 2020, or purchased Automatic Connected Car Assistant (ACC) whether it is working or not they can request for the rebate for their adapter till June 15 just fill the form.
