Telecom firm Vodafone Idea ( Vi ) has been working like a space rocket and has been ranked as one of the excellent telecom service providers for the customers. As per the latest reports amended by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI ) Vodafone Idea ( Vi ) has been distributing much higher and clear voice clarity service as compared to other telecom sectors such as Airtel, Jio, BSNL in December 2020. All this data has been collected and recorded by MyCall Portal through the help of research and surveys.
However amidst all this the hit back arose when Idea was seen retaining the top position along with the telecom service provider ( TSP ) and the average voice quality rating was rated as 4.9 in December 2020 for them as per the latest revamped data circulated by MyCall Portal. This 4.9 average rating for Idea was specifically recorded for incoming and outgoing call quality rating with rating scale majorly being focused on the rate of 1 to 5. Moreover, the other significant reports also state that Idea has also earned a bonus profit of 97.59% ratio per month.

Though the final merger between Vodafone and Idea has already been taken place still TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has been accounting them counting them as two individual companies on its MySpeed portal and My Calls portal respectively. The voice call rating of Vodafone was 4.4 for indoor call quality rating and a 3.6 for outdoor call quality rating on an average rate. It was also declared that Vodafone ranked second in terms of delivering voice clarity with the rating of 87.68% in December 2020. With constant ups and down Vodafone was seen slipping down from its rank with 4.6 voice quality rating but Idea was consistent on the first position since November 2020.
The other telecom companies such as Airtel also witnessed a drop in December with 3.1 rating whereas in November ranking for their voice clarity service was 3.8. Talking about telco who received a satisfactory rating of 75.21 percent in November skipped down to 59.46 percent in December 2020 with 3.1 rating whereas BSNL and Reliance Jio had voice quality ranking of 3.9 out of 5 in December 2020.
With all the reports the conclusion has been led to this fact that Idea has been leading the voice quality service with 4.9 rating out of 5 leaving back all the other companies such as Vodafone, Reliance Jio, BSNL in the telecom sector.
